Some notes

  • Since Thursday’s practice in Brazil was a walkthrough, the team’s final injury report is estimated; the final entries are the same as Tuesday and Wednesday’s.
  • So as expected, rookie wide receiver Jalen Royals is out for Friday’s game, while second-round rookie defensive tackle Omarr Norman-Lott (ankle) is officially questionable for the season opener.
  • Every other player on this week’s injury report will be available for the game — including cornerback Kristian Fulton (knee), right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee), linebacker Drue Tranquill (back) and wide receiver Hollywood Brown (ankle).
  • The Chargers have only two players on their report. Running back Najee Harris (eye) has recently come back from an eye injury he sustained from a fireworks accident on July 4. He a full participant in all of this week’s practices — and will play on Friday.
  • Defensive back Elijah Molden (knee) was once again a full participant. He will also be available to play.
