On Sunday, Kansas City hosts Buffalo for 2024’s AFC Championship.
Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. This week, the Chiefs will host the Buffalo Bills for the AFC Championship on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. Arrowhead Time.
Here is the Chiefs’ final injury report of the week, including official game designations:

Some notes
- The Chiefs listed just four players on their report this week — quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle), left guard Mike Caliendo (shoulder), right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee) and cornerback Jaylen Watson (ankle) — but they were full practice participants every day and are good to go for the game.
- As was noted earlier on Wednesday, the Chiefs have chosen to leave wide receiver Mecole Hardman (knee) on the Reserve/Injured list, ending his season (more on that here).
- The Bills have ruled one player out for the game: safety Taylor Rapp (back/hip). This could be significant — especially considering the pass-catching ability of tight ends Travis Kelce and Noah Gray.
- Left tackle Dion Dawkins (illness) did not practice on Wednesday but is good to go for the game.
- Cornerback Christian Benford (concussion) is questionable for the game. He did not practice on Friday, which is a bad sign for his availability. Linebacker Baylon Spector is also considered questionable.
- Linebacker Matt Milano (biceps/hamstring) was limited for the first two days of the week, but he is good to go. It’s worth noting that Milano missed the Bills’ Week 11 game against the Chiefs.
- Cornerback Taron Johnson (neck/shoulder) was downgraded to a limited participant on Thursday after being a full participant on Wednesday. However, he was a full participant Friday and is now considered good to go for the game.
