The Chicago Bears got some encouraging news in Thursday’s official injury report, as several players who had been listed as DNP (Did Not Practice) made it back to practice, and most of the players listed as limited on Wednesday were given the “Full” designation for Thursday. The most significant player trending towards “doubtful” or “out” is TJ Edwards, who missed his second practice with a hand and hamstring injury. Josh Blackwell and Dominque Robinson also have missed two practices in a row due to injury.
On the sunny side of the injury report, both of the Chicago Bears who had recently suffered concussions, Luther Burden, III and Cole Kmet, may have been cleared and were full practice participants. Also, it looks like the Bears’ full backfield will return to the field on Sunday, as both Kyle Monangai and D’Andre Swift were full participants on Thursday. Joe Thuney got a rest day and does not have an injury designation.
