Reported 2025 Chicago Bears Coaching Staff

Head Coach: Ben Johnson

Offense

Offensive Coordinator: Declan Doyle

Offensive passing game coordinator/wide receivers: Antwaan Randle El

QB Coach: J.T. Barrett

OL Coach:

DEFENSE

Defensive Coordinator: Dennis Allen

Defensive passing game coordinator/secondary: Al Harris

Special Teams

The Rooney Rule applies to the three coordinator positions as well as the quarterback coach. Two minorities must be interviewed for a vacant coordinator position, and one minority must be interviewed for a QB coach position, with all of these being permitted to be virtual.

Also, keep in mind that when hiring assistants away from other teams, the only job opportunity that can’t be blocked is a position coach to an offensive, defensive, or special teams coordinator position. Teams just can’t slap an “assistant head coach” title on a guy and call it a promotion to force teams to allow an interview.
