Taylor Doll’s latest is all about the top running back prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The two top running backs likely to be picked in the 2025 NFL Draft are Boise State’s Ashton Jeanty, followed by North Carolina’s Omarion Hampton. In Taylor Doll’s latest Making Monsters podcast, she interviewed USA Today’s Matt Hayes, who did an outstanding profile on Jeanty last year. She also spoke with Lauren Brownlow, who covers ACC football on the ACC Panic Room, and they talked about how much Hampton meant to the Tar Heels’ offense the last couple of years.
Hayes and Brownlow break down the skill sets of the two running backs and how they will fit on the next level, possibly with the Chicago Bears.
Jeanty could be in play if he falls to the Bears at ten overall, while Hampton makes sense if there’s a trade back. Regardless, each player would give head coach Ben Johnson another weapon for his offense.
