When all is said in done after the end of the 2025 regular season, the Chargers will have traveled the most miles of any team in the league.
Without knowing when the Chargers will play each weekend, we do already know where. The same goes for every other team, of course, so the NFL went ahead and racked up the miles that each of the 32 teams will travel over the upcoming regular season.
When it was all said and done, the Bolts were the lone team at the top, predicted to travel 37,086 miles over the course of its 17-game schedule. That total is 2,254 miles more than the cross-town Rams who are second in travel distance with 34,832.
One of the most eye-opening observations from the graph above here is that the Cincinnati Bengals will only travel 8,753 miles all season long. They’re the only team expected to travel less than 10,000 miles and it’s nearly 2,000 miles less than the Bills who sit above them at 10,546.
As for the rest of the AFC West, the Broncos and Chiefs rank ninth and 10th in miles expected to be traveled at 23,267 and 21,695, respectively. The Raiders fare a bit better than everyone else, ranking 18th at 18,055.
The reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles lucked out as well, coming in 22nd with 15,924 miles expected to be traveled during the regular season.
