The Los Angeles Chargers are getting ready to go for their Week 3 matchup at home against the AFC West rival Denver Broncos, but linebacker Daiyan Henley is still dealing with an illness that began before the team’s Week 2 Monday Night Football contest against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Luckily for the Chargers, Henley is active against the Broncos. However, the team is sitting defensive back Elijah Molden, tight end Will Dissly, cornerback Cam Hart, wide receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith, linebacker Emany Johnson and defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia.
Meanwhile, the Broncos are sitting tight end Evan Engram, linebacker Dre Greenlaw, running back Jaleel McLaughlin, linebacker Que Robinson, offensive tackle Frank Crum, defensive end Sai’vion Jones and quarterback Sam Ehlinger, who will serve as the emergency third signal caller.
Kickoff between the Broncos and Chargers is set for 1:05 p.m. PT. Fans can watch the game on CBS or stream it on Paramount Plus.
