The 302 Chargers are in Miami to face a 1-4 Dolphins team that is likely just as motivated to turn around their recent fortunes as soon as possible.
Los Angeles is somehow even more shorthanded this week after their 27-10 loss to the Commanders in Week Five. The team is now down to Austin Deculus (OT4) and Bobby Hart (OT5) as their two starting tackles and just placed starting defensive tackle Da’Shawn Hand on IR with a groin injury. Add in that the team is also down wideout Quentin Johnston (inactive) and set to start their RB3/4 in Hassan Haskins/Kimani Vidal and you’ve got one heck of an ask for Justin Herbert to go and perform up to his own standard.
Regardless, it’s always going to be next man up. No excuses. Let’s ride.
