It is time for another NFL Sunday, and as the weeks fly by, the stakes increase. In Week 7, we’re set for a huge divisional matchup in Dallas that includes both the return of CeeDee Lamb and a major shakeup of the Cowboys’ fantasy football rankings.
Lamb’s absence reshaped Dallas’s fantasy relevance, but perhaps not in the way that fans and team owners expected.
Dak Prescott, George Pickens, and Jake Ferguson exploded for perhaps the greatest fantasy scoring stretch of their entire careers. We even saw Ryan Flournoy become a top waiver wire target in PPR leagues.
Both Lamb and KaVontae Turpin are back on the field, which inevitably shakes this up; the question is by how much, and who is impacted the most.
Here, we’ll rank the Cowboys’ fantasy football plays so you can see through the smoke to set the best lineup possible.
I am not concerned about rust: CeeDee Lamb is active, which means he is the top fantasy player for Dallas in Week 7.
The All-Pro will immediately become Prescott’s top dog, and with Washington being in the bottom half of the league in allowing fantasy points to wide receivers, we can expect the usual big day from him.
He’s confirmed that he won’t be on a snap count either, so there’s no reason for this not to be a regular Lamb game.
Expect this elite fantasy weapon to rack up targets and yards as the Cowboys try to get back in the win column against the Commanders.
The happiest guy in the world today might be Dak Prescott.
His offensive line, for the most part, is back on the field, and his wide receiver room, except for Jonathan Mingo, is as healthy as can be.
Prescott has been one of the highest-performing quarterbacks in general this NFL season, and that has more than bled into the fantasy football world. He’s averaging over 20 points per game and hasn’t thrown an interception since Week 3.

He is a no-doubt start for most Prescott owners against a weak Washington defense against quarterbacks.
