Arizona Cardinals star wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. has turned heads with an impressive offseason body transformation ahead of his 2025 sophomore campaign.
The No. 4 pick of the 2024 NFL Draft was considered a “generational” prospect before turning pro. His rookie season wasn’t a disaster by any means, but folks certainly hoped for a better stat line than 62 receptions for 885 yards and eight touchdowns.
Per Paul Calvisi of KTAR 92.3FM and 98.7FM in Arizona, Marvin Harrison Jr. told reporters that he put on some more muscle in the offseason after displaying a remarkable body transformation in his press conference.
Have a look at how much more muscular Harrison Jr. looks now compared to his rookie year:

Harrison Jr. is listed at 6-foot-4 and 205 pounds, so it’ll be interesting to see what his weight comes in at before Week 1. But boy, does the Ohio State product ever look ready to put together a monster sophomore year.
Marvin Harrison Jr. finished fifth in receptions among rookies, behind Brock Bowers (112), Malik Nabers (109), Brian Thomas Jr. (87), and Ladd McConkey (82). Those four men were also the only rookies who topped Harrison’s receiving yards total.
Arizona hasn’t won a playoff game since 2015, and they’ve only made the postseason once since 2016. If Harrison Jr. can reach the superstar level that many expect, the Cardinals’ chances of getting back to the postseason will improve drastically.
Harrison Jr. and the Cardinals will kick off their 2025 season with a road game against the New Orleans Saints on Sept. 7 (1:00 p.m. EST). With Derek Carr retiring, many expect the Saints to contend for the No. 1 pick in 2025, so the opportunity is there for Arizona to light up the scoreboard early and walk away with a decisive Week 1 win.
