Revenge of the Birds
The Arizona Cardinals have played okay on the offensive side of the ball. But, we are back to seeing a putrid defensive effort under Jonathan Gannon.
The Rams have faced one third down in the first half, have scored on all of their offensive possessions, and only did not score a touchdown on their first possession because they decided to try and throw the ball inside the five, instead of just imposing their will and running the ball like they did the next two drives.
Now, can the Cardinals make any stops, and can the Cardinals offense do anything outside of just yards as they try and keep pace against the Los Angeles Rams?
The Cardinals trail the Rams at the half 24-10, so how will this half play out and will the Cardinals make this anything more than another division blowout loss?
Maybe year four of the Gannon system on defense will yield results?
