Rapper Cardi B has had enough of everybody blasting her about Stefon Diggs’ relationship. The former stripper turned rapper wants the public to “calm down” with the insults about her relationship. She addressed it on social media.
The couple spent Christmas separately, just weeks after the birth of their first child together. That concerned fans online. But in a new video posted on Monday, Cardi explained why there was nothing to worry about. “Y’all need to calm down,” began Cardi in a lengthy X video on Monday.
“Is y’all cool? Y’all been dragging me for three or four days and y’all been a little bit too mean. Like alright now. Y’all being a little bit too mean.”
“I can’t change s—” she continued. “I can’t go back in time. I already had a baby. Y’all want me to put my baby back in my p—-? Huh? I don’t know what y’all want me to do. Y’all want me to leave my man and f— yours?”
She added that the only option is to “go forward now.”

Diggs and Cardi B welcomed their first baby, a boy, together in November. To help calm the fears of her fan base, she did show up to his Week 17 game. Dressed in all pink, she could be seen out on the field after the game. At one point, Diggs pretended to propose as he dropped down to stretch his legs.
Just when Cardi thought she could get past breakup rumors with Stefon Diggs, he has more controversy hanging over him. New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is reportedly facing charges of felony strangulation or suffocation. He has also gotten misdemeanor assault and battery charges.
This stems from an incident at the beginning of December. The charges were filed Monday in Dedham District Court, according to CBS Boston. Diggs has said he “categorically denies the allegations,” according to a statement from team officials.
He is expected to appear in court on January 23 for his arraignment. It is unknown if Cardi B was with him during this incident.
Diggs agreed to a three-year, $69 million contract with the Patriots in March. He has rebounded nicely since tearing his ACL, which ended his first season with the Houston Texans.
