Cameras caught the fascinating postgame handshake between Ben Johnson and Sean McVay after the Los Angeles Rams’ home win over the Chicago Bears.
Fans paid close attention to the postgame handshakes between Matt LaFleur and Ben Johnson after the three Green Bay Packers-Chicago games this year. Of course, this was thanks to Johnson’s old comments about loving to beat LaFleur’s Packers twice a year.
And earlier this week, Sean McVay defended LaFleur as one of his close friends during a press conference. Naturally, some fans speculated that McVay has some beef with Johnson.
Well, here’s a screenshot of the short and sweet (?) interaction between McVay and Ben Johnson:

And here’s the video:
The Rams held off a resilient Caleb Williams to reach their third NFC Championship Game in eight seasons. Kamren Curl picked off Williams in overtime, and Matthew Stafford put together a surgical drive to set up Harrison Mevis’ game-winning field goal.
Los Angeles will visit the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Championship Game next Sunday. The winner there will face the AFC champion (the Denver Broncos or New England Patriots) in Super Bowl 60.
