The Pittsburgh Steelers are two days away from their season-opening contest against the New York Jets, and questions still remain about whether Cam Heyward will take the field while seeking a raise on his contract.
Heyward didn’t practice on Thursday, but it was later revealed on the team’s injury report that it was simply a veteran rest day. He was back on the practice field on Friday, but he did so wearing some unusual attire.
Heyward was wearing a collared dress shirt underneath his practice jersey.
We’ll see what Heyward has to say about his wardrobe choice, and if he reveals his intentions to play or sit out as he seeks more money.
