Bills defensive tackle DaQuan Jones (calf), wide receiver Joshua Palmer (knee/ankle) and safety Taylor Rapp (knee) will miss the Panthers game, while linebacker Terrel Bernard (ankle), cornerback Maxwell Hairston (knee), tight end Dalton Kincaid (oblique), and linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) are all questionable for Week 8.
