Buffalo Bills Week Six inactives at the Atlanta Falcons

The Buffalo Bills and the Atlanta Falcons are set to kick off in around 90 minutes, which means that each team has declared its inactive players. While head coach Sean McDermott had ruled out three players a few days ago, the team placed two of those players—defensive tackle T.J. Sanders and safety Damar Hamlin—on injured reserve. Those two players will not need to be declared inactive tonight, as their placement on injured reserve takes them off the 53-man roster.

The Bills are down a big defensive starter once again this week, but they have one important defensive starter returning to the lineup, as well. The team will do without an offensive starter tonight, too. Here is the whole inactive list for tonight’s contest.

WR Curtis Samuel

After dressing for the last two games, and scoring in both of them, Samuel popped up on the injury report with rib and neck injuries. He’s out tonight. Elijah Moore, who was a healthy scratch last week, is active in his place. Return specialist Brandon Codrington is also active tonight.

TE Dalton Kincaid

This one hurts, as quarterback Josh Allen’s top target of late is out due to an oblique injury. He was a true game-time decision, and the Bills will go with only two tight ends tonight: Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes.

OT Chase Lundt

Another week, another healthy scratch for the rookie, who has only been active for one game.

LB Jimmy Ciarlo

The Bills will go light at linebacker this week, as they dress only four at the position. Joe Andreessen is the lone sub for the Bills’ top three linebackers. A pair of Jordans—Jordan Poyer and Jordan Hancock—are active at safety for the Bills tonight.

LB Matt Milano

The veteran linebacker is out yet again, as it’s a pectoral injury that he re-aggravated last week that’s sidelining him. Dorian Williams is back, however, so he’ll likely rotate with Shaq Thompson next to Terrel Bernard. That trio will likely serve as the 4-3 defense linebacker trio, as well.
