Buffalo Rumblings
The Buffalo Bills and Cincinnati Bengals are 90 minutes from kickoff, which means that each team has declared its full list of inactive players for the game. Buffalo had listed two players out officially on Friday, and the Bengals initially listed just one, but they downgraded a second player to out on Saturday.
Buffalo’s injured list included a player listed as “doubtful,” and it also included two other players listed as “questionable.” Sometimes, that questionable designation is really what we old folks would call “probable,” but both of Buffalo’s questionable players were true game-time decisions today.
The big news is that tight end Dalton Kincaid, listed as questionable with hamstring and knee injuries, is active today. He was reported to be pushing to play today, and that will come to fruition.
Who’s in and who’s out for today’s key AFC matchup? Here’s the whole inactive list.

WR Joshua Palmer
Palmer was listed as doubtful, so it’s no surprise that he’s out with a knee injury and an ankle injury. Buffalo’s five wideouts for this game will be Gabe Davis, Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir, Brandin Cooks, and Tyrell Shavers.
T Spencer Brown
Buffalo’s starting right tackle came into the game listed as questionable, but he’s going to be out today. We’ll see who the starter is, but it will either be Ryan Van Demark, Alec Anderson, or Tylan Grable.
T Chase Lundt
The rookie is a healthy scratch once again this week.
DE Joey Bosa
Buffalo’s top pass-rusher is out with a hamstring injury, which could come back to haunt the Bills against a potent Cincinnati passing attack. Greg Rousseau, A.J. Epenesa, Javon Solomon, and Morgan Fox, who’s up from the practice squad, are the healthy defensive ends.
DT Phidarian Mathis
Even though he’s healthy and the Bills are short on the defensive line, they’re not going to have six defensive tackles active. Mathis sits, and Jordan Phillips, DaQuan Jones, Larry Ogunjobi, T.J. Sanders, and Deone Walker are active.
LB Terrel Bernard
Buffalo’s defensive captain is out once again, which means that Shaq Thompson will start at middle linebacker. Matt Milano and Dorian Williams figure to work in as the other two ‘backers, with Joe Andreessen and practice-squad call-up Baylon Spector running on special teams.
S Darnell Savage
The newcomer who did report to the Bills after they claimed him on waivers is a healthy scratch today.
