A change of plans for Buffalo’s Brady

If Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen appears especially happy today it may be due to the fact that offensive coordinator Joe Brady is staying home. Per Ian Rapoport, Brady will remain with One Bills Drive after withdrawing his name from consideration to be the next head coach of the New Orleans Saints.

Regardless of Sunday’s outcome against the Chiefs, that mean Joe Brady is set to return to the Bills as the team’s offensive coordinator for Josh Allen and company during the 2025 NFL season.

Brady was among a key group of finalists for the top coaching job in New Orleans, with the Saints’ organization having requested to interview him a second time following the AFC Championship Game. New Orleans likely turns its attention to current Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, who was also asked to interview a second time.
