As the Buccaneers get set to take on the New England Patriots at home following their bye week, we here at Bucs Nation will dive into some picks and predictions for Tampa Bay’s big Week 10 matchup at Raymond James Stadium.

Check it all out below.

Predictions

Offense

Tampa Bay’s offense was not hitting on all cylinders heading into their bye. Part of the reason has been due to the countless injuries the offense has seen while another part of the equation being that of the inconsistent play from quarterback Baker Mayfield. Look for the veteran signal caller to get back on track this week, throwing for three touchdowns and 250 yards against the 20th ranked defense in the league.

Defense

Patriots quarterback Drake Maye is coming in to this game as the 5th ranked quarterback in the league in passing yards (2,285) and the best quarterback rating in the league with a 116.9 mark. The Buccaneers defense will undoubtedly have their hands full, but they will get to Maye often and record at least four sacks against an offensive front that gives up the second to worst sack per pass attempt rate in the NFL.
