Buccaneers vs. Jets: Inactives for Week 3
Bucs Nation Bucs Nation

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are kicking off their home opener this week as they take on the New York Jets with their 1976 jerseys, celebrating 50 seasons of the franchise’s history.

Last week, wide receiver Emeka Egbuka was battling through a hip/groin injury he suffered in Houston Monday night near the end of the evening. He did not practice Wednesday and Thursday, but was limited on Friday. He came into Sunday’s game listed as questionable. However, he will play.

Veteran wide receiver Chris Godwin is still not cleared from a surgically repaired dislocated ankle sustained in Week 7 of the 2024 season. Left tackle Tristan Wirfs is still recovering from arthroscopic right‑knee surgery from this summer. Both will not be playing again this week.

Veteran pass rush rusher Haason Reddick (shoulder) was on the injury report but will play this afternoon against the team he suited up for just a season ago.

The full list of inactives for both the Buccaneers and the Jets are posted below.
