The Dallas Cowboys moved on from defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus on Tuesday which means that they are in the market for someone new to hold the position.
Much has been made about how Eberflus was the third defensive coordinator for Dallas in as many years which means his successor will be the fourth. There is certainly an argument to be made for improving stability in that sense, but ultimately the Cowboys have to focus on getting the person who can most fix the defense and make it competitive.
