The Dallas Cowboys pulled off an incredible win on Sunday and it feels fair to say that things would have been rather grim around here had they not been able to.
Football is funny like that. If Brandon Aubrey doesn’t hit at the end of regulation or of overtime then the Cowboys are 0-2. Similarly, if CeeDee Lamb reels in a few receptions in Week 1 then this team is undefeated right now. A game of inches, as they say.
As we move to Week 3 and the Chicago Bears, we have a bit of a sample size as far as understanding who this Cowboys team is. This has served as the inspiration for today’s discussion.
What is the best part about the Cowboys right now?
This is a very subjective question, but the general point is to find what each of us thinks is the thing most strongly propelling them forward at the moment. There is certainly an argument for Aubrey himself.
