Should the Cowboys have some designated plays for Joe Milton?

The Dallas Cowboys appear to have some options at quarterback.

To be clear here, we are not saying this in any kind of silly way. Dak Prescott is the entrenched starter for this team at the game’s most important position and is so for the next two years at minimum. If you don’t want to square that, well, follow the money.

What is an interesting discussion these days is new backup quarterback Joe Milton. College football fans are well aware of Milton’s athletic prowess and while we are only just dipping our toes into the training camp practice waters, Milton is already showing that he has a set of skills that the team could benefit from.

During his Wednesday press conference head coach Brian Schottenheimer teased the idea of using Wildcat formations on offense. The practice that followed saw Milton get out on the run a bit. Our discussion prompt for today is quite simple... should these things be designed and implemented on a regular basis?

There is a lot of logic to suggest that the answer here is yes, but obviously a lot of factors go into that.
