Browns vs. Bills Week 16 predictions: Has Cleveland mailed it in?
Dawgs By Nature Dawgs By Nature

The Cleveland Browns take on the Buffalo Bills this Sunday. Unfortunately, with the way the last two weeks have been, my blind optimistic spirit about Cleveland pulling off an upset is gone. The injuries, coupled with the time of the season, makes it look like any competitive team will crush the Browns. What did we see last week, or for the season, that makes us think Cleveland can compete this week?

Here is what the national media is saying about the Week 16 game between the Browns and Bills:

CBS Sports (Pete Prisco) – Bills 27, Browns 14

The Bills are coming off a big road victory over the Patriots and now play a second-consecutive road game against a team they should beat. Motivation could be key, but the Browns have offensive issues. Look for the Bills to take care of things in this one early to win it behind another strong game by Josh Allen.

CBS Sports (John Breech) – Bills 27, Browns 17

Sporting News (Vinnie Iyer) – Bills 24, Browns 10

The Bills might need to grind more offensively with Josh Allen to avoid falling into a tough defensive trap on the road. Their own defense gets a break with Cleveland’s rushing attack slumping. Myles Garrett may win a battle or two, but Allen will be the clear winner of the war.

Sporting News (Bill Bender) – Bills 28, Browns 20

The Browns have averaged 13.3 points through a three-game losing streak, and despite Myles Garrett (21.5 sacks) being on the chase for the single-season record the defense is bad, too. Cleveland is 0-2 ATS as an underdog of 10 points or more, and the Bills’ offense is hot with Josh Allen.
