Cleveland turns to Dorian Thompson-Robinson as they try to avoid being swept by Cincinnati. Here is everything you need to know about the game.
It wasn’t that long ago that the Cleveland Browns were dominating the Cincinnati Bengals on a regular basis.
Beginning with their first meeting in 2018, the Browns won eight of their nine meetings with the Bengals. But ever since their big win on Halloween night in 2022, the Browns have gone on to lose three of the last four matchups.
That streak includes the Week 7 meeting that saw the Browns not only lose the game but also quarterback Deshaun Watson to a season-ending injury. That ushered in the Jameis Winston “experience” that mercifully came to a close after seven games of more bad football on offense.
Now the Browns are turning to second-year quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson to see what he can do against a Cincinnati team that is just 1-5 at home and has allowed more than 30 points in a game six times.
Of course, if there is one thing the Browns have not been able to do this season it is score points, so something has to give on Sunday.
