Dawgs By Nature
The Cleveland Browns take on the Chicago Bears this Sunday. The game will have arctic temperatures, and when it comes to predictions, no one is going against the grain to pick an upset here. And why should they? The Browns just lost to the Titans, putting to question their defensive effort. That offsets the hot game that Shedeur Sanders had. Even though the Bears lost to the Packers last week, they were on a hot streak leading into that, and know they can’t have a letdown game when they still want to fight for the NFC North.
Here is what the national media is saying about the Week 15 game between the Browns and Bears:
This will be Shedeur Sanders starting again for the Browns, and it should be. But this will be a much-tougher challenge than last week. The Bears lost a tough one to the Packers last week, so you know they will be back focused here. That matters as the Browns have nothing to play for anymore. Bears win it.
Shedeur Sanders tried to prove head-to-head with Ward he’s the best rookie QB in his class, despite being a fifth-round pick. But now he faces the legit No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 draft, Caleb Williams. Williams was upset about his late interception in Green Bay and will be ready to make amends vs. Cleveland, a defense that was surprisingly leaky at home in Week 14 and isn’t as good on the road.
It’s a sandwich game for the Bears – who face the Packers again in Week 16. Cleveland has allowed 28.5 points per game in their last two losses, and Shedeur Sanders is coming off a 364-yard, three-TD performance. Sanders and Caleb Williams put on an offensive show when they faced off in college. This won’t be quite like that. Chicago is 3-1 ATS as a favorite.
