The Cleveland Browns will be down a couple of playmakers when they take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are focused on getting healthy heading into their bye week, but their Week 6 matchup against the Cleveland Browns just got a little bit easier.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski revealed that wide receivers Cedric Tillman and DeAndre Carter both suffered injuries last weekend that will force them to miss multiple weeks, which likely rules them out for the two teams’ meeting in a couple of weeks.

It’s a tough blow to Cleveland’s offense, which has already been struggling during the team’s 1-3 start to the season.
Tillman, a third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, has established himself as a legitimate playmaker for the team, recording 11 catches for 106 yards and a team-leading two touchdowns through the first four weeks of the season.
Carter, on the other hand, plays a key role for the Browns on special teams as their primary kickoff and punt returner. This season, he has returned 11 kickoffs for 274 yards and six punts for 56 yards.
The former undrafted free agent in 2015 has also proven he can contribute on offense while racking up 117 receptions for 1,331 yards and six touchdowns in his NFL career.
However, Cleveland will most likely be without both in Week 6 and have to rely on other receivers like Jerry Jeudy, Isaiah Bond and Jamari Thrash to help fill their voids.
That’s good news for the Steelers, who will probably be without one of their top corners in Jalen Ramsey, who is expected to miss at least several games after going down on Sunday with a hamstring injury.
