The Cleveland Browns head into Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season with a 0-1 record, but some positivity based on how the defense played and how a few rookies looked in Week 1. The offense was also good, with a few big mistakes, while the kicker curse lives on.

The Browns roster was likely to see some changes heading into Week 2, with RB Quinshon Judkins returning to practice this week and likely making his debut against the Baltimore Ravens. Cleveland is a huge underdog heading into Baltimore this week against what many believe is the best team in the AFC North.

As we see quite often with GM Andrew Berry, the Browns roster has already undergone some changes. This time, it started with the Miami Dolphins poaching OL Cole Strange from the team’s practice squad:

Strange was an exciting practice squad pickup given his draft pedigree and now he is already off to his next destination, his third in just a couple of weeks.

The team also announced that they have brought back DT Ralph Holley and released RB Trayveon Williams, both from the practice squad. Holley signed with Cleveland out of the CFL this offseason but was a part of the final training camp cuts. In an exclusive interview with DBN, Holley talked about bringing the “mojo” to the Browns roster this year.

The release of Williams seems to indicate that Judkins will be activated for this week, which will lead to a player being waived from the active roster. Cleveland’s practice squad now has an opening for that player to be signed if he clears waivers.
