Browns’ MVP and LVP through the first 6 weeks

Browns’ MVP and LVP through the first 6 weeks
Dawgs By Nature Dawgs By Nature

After falling to 1-5 on the season, there is not a lot to feel excited about with this roster. There have been a few players who have made their presence known this season, even through the losses. Let’s look at two players who could be considered the Cleveland Browns’ MVP through the first six weeks.

Myles Garrett

It would be very challenging to leave the defensive juggernaut, Myles Garrett, off this list. He currently has 4 sacks and 14 solo tackles throughout the first six weeks of the season. Garrett’s impact on the game goes far beyond the stat sheet. He invites so much attention from opposing offenses, yet still finds a way to have one of the highest pass-rush win rates in the league. He is the cornerstone of this defense and really sets the tone for what they want to do as a unit.

Quinshon Judkins

Judkins was not able to get much going against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He finished the day with just 36 yards, but that performance was an anomaly for him this season. When nothing else has been working for the Cleveland offense, the team has been able to rely on Judkins. He has statistically been one of the best rookie running backs this season by most metrics, even though he did not play in the first game. He has been performing at a high level even with poor offensive line play, so it’s exciting to think about what he could accomplish with a better line.

A much more difficult task is which player (since MVP and LVP have “player” in their names) has been the least valuable to the team so far this season? Harder to make a list as the team has a whole has been frustrating, but has one particular player stood out as least valuable to the Browns so far?
