Later in the afternoon came an encouraging update, but Garrett’s health will be an interesting storyline at Friday’s practice and heading into the Week 1 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Bengals were completely healthy to start the practice week, while the Browns had a number of players who either didn’t participate or were limited in practice on Wednesday. Thursday’s scare with Garrett was somewhat offset by DT Mike Hall Jr. returning to practice after missing significant time.
Thursday’s injury report saw a few changes (in bold below), including another defender not participating:
Friday’s practice will provide us a lot of information on injuries, including game day designations for both teams.
