According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Denver Broncos have waived offensive lineman Marques Cox. The Broncos signed Cox as a 2025 undrafted free agent and he has been with the team ever since.

Cox, 6-5, 305 pounds, played six seasons in college — four at Northern Illinois and two at Kentucky before going undrafted earlier this year. He had the college experience that should benefit his transition into the NFL, but it looks like he’ll need to prove himself on a team’s practice squad as a rookie. I tend to keep an eye on undrafted free agents that get waived as they do tend to get practice squad opportunities.
