According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Denver Broncos have waived cornerback Micah Abraham. The former sixth-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2024 was signed just nine days ago by Denver to help fill in for the final preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals

Abraham was among the final cut down from the Colts last season and did sign onto the Cincinnati Bengals practice squad in October. However, he would also be waived in April. He went on to play for the St. Louis Battlehawks in the UFL where he had 10 tackles, a forced fumbled, and a fumble recovery for a touchdown.

He was signed by the Broncos on August 15, 2025 after defensive back Gregory Junior was put on the waived/injured list. Given how little time he spent with Denver, I would not include him on any projected practice squad candidates, but you never know.
