Aaron Rodgers has finally made his decision.
On Thursday, the free-agent quarterback decided to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team he has been rumored to be courting for a week.
The Steelers’ heels have been dug in for several months at this point, assuming that the 41-year-old quarterback would eventually join the team after his other options dried up.

Pittsburgh hosted Rodgers on a visit to its facility on March 21, but all momentum towards the two parties joining forces had seemingly halted.
Clearly, both sides had kept things quiet until this week.
Aaron Rodgers has had an ups and downs in the past two years.
He played just four snaps in 2023 before tearing his Achilles in Week 1 but returned as the Jets’ quarterback for the 2024 season.
In 2024, Rodgers appeared in all 17 games for the Jets and completed 63 percent of his passes for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are not tanking for Arch Manning.
With the offseason winding down and mandatory minicamp approaching, all eyes are on Aaron Rodgers as he gets ready to sign with the Steelers.
Rodgers’ long-awaited decision has come, and it may define the team’s Super Bowl hopes in 2025.
The Steelers have +4000 odds in most markets, placing Pittsburgh between 15th and 17th in the overall NFL rankings.
With Rodgers, those numbers should improve.
