Buffalo Rumblings
Buffalo Bills versus Kansas City Chiefs is always one of the best watches among NFL games. These two teams have seen each other twice a year (regular season and then playoffs) since 2021 and each game can typically be described as an absolute dog fight.
The last time they met was back in January of this year for the 2024 NFL season AFC Championship game. The Chiefs were the only team holding Buffalo back from appearing in their first Super Bowl since the mid 90s. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an ultimate heart breaker for the Bills as they went on to lose, 32-29.
True to form in this rivalry, the Bills seem to have the Chiefs’ number when it comes to regular season games but they can’t quite finish the job in the playoffs. Week 9 pits Buffalo and Kansas City against each other with almost identical records at 5-2 and 5-3, respectively. Both clubs know what’s at stake and it’s truly hard to predict the outcome for this one.
Interestingly, Buffalo is a bit of an underdog on its home turf this afternoon, despite a better record. It would seem that most people believe Kansas City has the better team. We’ll find out plenty more on that front this evening.
