By firing head coach Sean McDermott — the second-winningest coach in franchise history — while promoting roster architect and general manager Brandon Beane to president of football operations, Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula showed just how much blame he placed on McDermott for the Bills’ postseason failures, and, of equal importance, Pegula demonstrated just how much faith he has in Beane to lead the Bills to a Super Bowl title.
