Buffalo Rumblings
The Buffalo Bills (10-4) can clinch their seventh-straight playoff berth with a win (or a tie) on Sunday over the Cleveland Browns (3-11) and either a loss or tie from the Houston Texans (host the Las Vegas Raiders) or the Indianapolis Colts (host the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football).
While this is the first time this season where the Bills have a scenario allowing them to secure a playoff spot, head coach Sean McDermott, quarterback Josh Allen and the rest of the players aren’t taking Myles Garrett and the Browns for granted in this Week 16 matchup.

Head coach Sean McDermott said cornerback Christian Benford is “moving in the right direction” as he works his way back from a toe injury that kept him out of Buffalo’s road win vs. New England. Benford was on the practice field Wednesday, while left tackle Dion Dawkins (illness), tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee), defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (ankle) and kicker Matt Prater (quad) did not participate in the team’s walk-through.
Additionally, the Bills opened the 21-day practice window for speedy veteran wide receiver/returner Mecole Hardman, who injured his calf during the second half of Buffalo’s Week 11 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
