Today, it’s the big test for third-year cornerback Joey Porter Jr. on Thursday night against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Porter will likely be matched up with Tee Higgins, a player that has decimated the Pittsburgh defense in the past. But Higgins is exactly the kind of wide receiver that Porter was drafted to stop, and he at least slowed him down in 2024, but a host of penalty flags also accompanied that performance.
