Higgins is good to go for Week 16.

With their playoff hopes still alive, the Cincinnati Bengals got back to work on the practice field Friday, preparing for their matchup with the Cleveland Browns. Friday brought some positive injury updates ahead of the must-win tilt.

Joe Burrow (right wrist/left knee) should be good to go for Sunday but was listed as a limited participant. Media reported that Burrow was calling plays in the huddle, but backup Jake Browning was taking the snaps. This is likely just precautionary on a light practice day. Burrow has no game designation.

Wide receiver Tee Higgins (rest/knee) was also back on the practice field. Higgins was working with trainers on the side of the field Thursday and was limited today. Per ESPN’s Ben Baby, Higgins should be on track to play Sunday. The team also removed him from the injury report.

Offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr. (fibula) was back in uniform for practice and participated on a limited basis. The likely scenario is that Brown sees how he feels in pregame on Sunday, and a decision is made from there. He is officially listed as questionable.

Guard Alex Cappa (concussion) was also limited again as he works to clear the NFL’s concussion protocol. If cleared Saturday, Cappa should be in the starting lineup Sunday. The team has officially listed him as questionable for Week 16.

Defensive tackle Kris Jenkins (illness) also returned to practice Friday and should be good to go, per head coach Zac Taylor. Jenkins is not listed on the final injury report.

Tanner Hudson (knee) was out of practice Friday after sustaining an injury yesterday in practice. Taylor said Hudson is out Sunday and gave a “we’ll see” when asked if he would play again this season.

Defensive linemen Sam Hubbard (knee) and Sheldon Rankins (illness) have both been ruled out.

For Cleveland, defensive end Myles Garrett (back) and tight end David Njoku (hamstring) both returned to practice Friday, while defensive end Shelby Harris remained out.

Garrett should play, Njoku is listed as questionable, and Harris has been ruled out.

Cornerback Martin Emerson (concussion) is questionable as he works to clear concussion protocol, while wide receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion) appears to be in the same boat.
