Cincy Jungle
It appears Sunday will be a snowy affair in Orchard Park, as the Cincinnati Bengals travel north to take on the Buffalo Bills in a big AFC matchup. The Bengals are looking to keep their playoff hopes alive and continue Joe Burrow’s winning streak over Josh Allen.
Friday’s injury report is usually a good indication of what players should be playing Sunday, and it appears the Bengals got some good news.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol and is on track to play. Higgins suffered a scary-looking concussion in Week 12 against the New England Patriots, costing him the Week 13 game in Baltimore. Higgins is good to go.
Defensive end Trey Hendrickson (hip/pelvis) will be out, as we all expected. The Bengals will look to Myles Murphy and Joseph Ossai to continue to pressure quarterbacks.
Linebacker Shaka Heyward (fibula) is doubtful.
For Buffalo, they are looking a little banged up on the defensive side of the ball.
Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins (concussion) has cleared protocol and will be in the starting lineup.
Tight end Dalton Kincaid (hamstring/knee) was limited, but should be set to play.
Defensive end Joey Bosa (wrist/hamstring) and linebacker Terrel Bernard (elbow) will be out for Sunday, according to Bills coach Sean McDermott.
Defensive end A.J. Epenesa (foot) missed some practice this week, but McDermott says he should be good to suit up this week.
Wide receiver Joshua Palmer (knee/ankle) is listed as doubtful as well.
