All is expected to miss the season, while McLaughlin is recovering from a torn Achilles.
The Cincinnati Bengals have placed tight end Erick All Jr. on the active/physically unable to perform list and center Seth McLaughlin on the active/non-football injury list, the team announced Saturday.
All, a 2024 fourth-round draft pick, suffered a season-ending ACL tear midway through his rookie season with the Bengals. It was later reported that All was expected to miss the 2025 season due to complications from a previous knee surgery in college at Iowa. That’s why it comes as no surprise to see All land on PUP, as his 2025 season was expected to be over before it ever began.
As for McLaughlin, the undrafted free agent out of Ohio State is recovering from a torn Achilles tendon suffered in November of 2024. He’s expected to be able to play this season, but the Bengals are clearly taking things slow and won’t rush him out there right away.
If healthy, McLaughlin hopes to compete for one of the interior offensive line spots on the 53-man roster, though he’s got an uphill climb to do so if he’s not ready for the start of camp while recovering from surgery.
