Lance Zierlein has the Bengals selecting a potential Tee Higgins replacement.

The Cincinnati Bengals still have time to extend Tee Higgins or place him on another franchise tag before the 2025 season.

But, with that being said, the front office could be looking for his replacement after guys like Andrei Iosivas, Charlie Jones, and Jermaine Burton have not stepped up to the plate to fill that role.

The Bengals currently hold the 17th pick, and NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein has the Bengals going wide receiver in the first round of the NFL Draft in his latest mock.

Zierlein has the Bengals selecting Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan at pick 17, saying, “This pairing might be the most perfect scheme/roster fit in the entire mock. McMillan plays similarly to Drake London and Tee Higgins.”

McMillan finished the 2024 season with 84 catches for 1,319 yards and eight touchdowns.

It is clear there is still plenty of doubt that the Bengals bring back Tee Higgins, especially with Ja’Marr Chase up for a contract extension as well, and Zierlein sees the franchise moving in another direction with their first round pick.

It is worth noting that McMillan is considered to be many draft analyst’s top WR in the draft, so he’d likely be great value at No. 17.
