Tuesday was a strange day for this New England-based Broncos fan. At around 11am, I receieved a Facebook message from WJAR in Providence, Rhode Island asking if I could participate in an interview to speak about what it’s like being a Broncos fan living in New England. Apparently, they found me via a long dormant Broncos Fans in Boston facebook group, that I had joined years ago.
I immediately accepted.
Then, later that evening, I received a different Facebook message from WCBV in Boston asking me for the exact same type of interview. It turns out they also found me via the Broncos Fans in Boston group.
I did that interview, too.
So, without further ado, here are the two interviews I did on Tuesday for local New England television stations. I’m not going to say that this Broncos fan is more passionate than the Pats fans they interviewed, but I did rock my gear and take the interview surrounded by my favorite Broncos ephemera. The Pats fans? No gear at all. Tsk, tsk!
