The NFL is a ratings juggernaut, and they’ve managed to manipulate their yearly schedule to ensure there’s always something to talk about. For some, the offseason isn’t as newsworthy as the regular season and the playoffs, but you’d be blown away at how many eyes free agency and the draft bring in, at how interested fans are about the 90th man on a 90-man offseason roster, and how the 16-man practice squad is shaping up.
Football is the most popular sport in America, and its popularity globally grows every year, but just because we love almost everything about it, that doesn’t mean there aren’t things we can’t stand. Whether that be the way it’s covered, the narratives that drive traffic, the rules, terminology, or any other trivial thing that annoys you, there are things we hate about football.
