Bear & Balanced: Discussing the Bears Head Coach search process

JB and Lester have some thoughts on the Bears coaching search.

Week three of the Chicago Bears coaching search began today, and we’re inching closer to a resolution. With the Detroit Lions losing last night, both of their coordinators are free to interview in person starting tomorrow. Detroit’s Ben Johnson and Aaron Glenn both met virtually with several teams, including the Bears, so with them officially available, this could be a big week if those dominoes fall.

Much of the buzz surrounding the Bears is centered around Johnson, Mike McCarthy, Brian Flores, and Todd Monken, so we’ll discuss those options, plus break down the Bears process so far and get into that recent ESPN report that pulled the curtain back on what the franchise has done in the past.
