Baltimore Beatdown
The Ravens are in Cincinnati for a rematch with the Bengals after a brutal loss on Thanksgiving. Both teams’ seasons are on the ropes with an uphill battle for the AFC North crown as their only path to the playoffs.
Baltimore is getting two key defenders back from injury – outside linebacker Tavius Robinson and safety Ar’Darius Washington – while the Bengals will once again be without defensive end Trey Hendrickson and wide receiver Tee Higgins. On paper, the Ravens should have the advantage here. On paper.
But on the football field, very little has gone right for the Ravens this year, and when it has, they have failed to take full advantage. In a snowy, cold game, the margins will be razor-thin with virtually no room for error. Baltimore has made plenty this season and will have to find a way to plug the dam on Sunday afternoon.
