Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Ben Cleveland was arrested in Georgia last week.

The Georgia native, who played his college for the Bulldogs before the Ravens made him a third-round pick in 2021, was allegedly caught driving with a blood alcohol concentration over twice the legal limit.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old OL was taken into custody for suspicion of drunk driving in Milledgeville, Ga., on February 12.

Police say they pulled him over around 10:25 p.m. after seeing him swerving on the road and almost driving his Ford F-250 into a ditch.

Cleveland admitted to drinking around 3-4 beers at a country club before driving. He is said to have had “glossy” eyes while speaking to the cops, with a strong smell of alcohol assailing them from his vehicle.

Ben Cleveland Registered Multiple BACs Which Were Over Twice The Legal Limit

Cleveland failed a field sobriety test before blowing .178 on a breathalyzer, more than double the .08 limit, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

He was then taken to a nearby jail, where he was made to take another breathalyzer test, which registered .161.

The five-year lineman was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.

Cleveland has made seven starts in 54 appearances for the Ravens. The team hadn’t made any comment on the arrest at the time of writing.
