It’s nearly time. Kirk Cousins is under center, the Atlanta Falcons are seeking their fourth win at home, and the shaky Miami Dolphins are coming to town. The Falcons need to rebound from that ugly 49ers loss with some urgency, because as hapless as the Dolphins are, the Falcons have yet to beat the rap that they play down to their competition and play inconsistent football.
