Atlanta Falcons Power Rankings: The world’s worst rollercoaster ride continues
The Falcoholic The Falcoholic

They’re tiring. They’re exhausting. They’re enough to make a sane man question his place on Earth. The Atlanta Falcons, ladies and gentlemen.

After another week of amazing football, led off by a crazy TNF divisional win by the Falcons, week 16 is already shaping up to be another all-timer. A primetime TNF game between two of the better teams in the league, A Green Bay-Chicago matchup that may decide the fate of the NFC North, and a chance for the Jaguars to legitimize their spot as a contender in the AFC.

Let’s get after it:

  1. Seattle Seahawks (11-3) (even)

Third-straight week in a row at the number-one spot. No pressure, but they do have the Los Angeles Rams coming into town…again, no pressure.

  1. Los Angeles Rams (11-3) (+2)

There’s nothing better than when the two best teams in the NFL duke it out on primetime television. This is going to be a classic.

  1. New England Patriots (11-3) (-1)

I don’t know what’s more unfair. The fact that the New England Patriots are back atop the AFC again, or the fact that they have an opportunity to dash the playoff dreams of Lamar Jackson on national television.

  1. Denver Broncos (12-2) (+1)

The defense is amazing, the offense is sound, what more could you want? I am intrigued by how they fare against this Jaguars team, though.

  1. Green Bay Packers (9-4-1) (-2)

After dropping one to the Broncos, can the Packers regroup and take the NFC North away from the Bears? Especially without Micah Parsons?

  1. Buffalo Bills (10-4) (+1)

You’re never out of it when you have the world’s most dangerous weapon at quarterback. Josh Allen continues to find ways to will his team to victory.

  1. Los Angeles Chargers (10-4) (+1)

To be the man, you have to beat the man. They’ve swept the Chiefs, now they have two weeks to charge up before they have to beat the next man atop the AFC West.

  1. Chicago Bears (10-4) (+1)

Bears-Packers. Chicago is a much different team than year’s past, but is it enough to seize the NFC North?

  1. San Francisco 49ers (10-4) (+1)

If it wasn’t for the rest of the top of the NFC West being a freakin’ wrecking ball, the 49ers’ resurgence back to the top of the NFC would be a bigger story.

  1. Detroit Lions (8-6) (-4)

Detroit is fighting for their playoff lives as the top of the NFC North continues to show strength. With the loss last week against the Rams, winning out is the only way to snag a playoff spot again in the Motor City.

  1. Houston Texans (9-5) (even)

There’s nothing else to say about this Houston team. They are beating people up on the defensive side and the offense is slowly coming back to form.

  1. Jacksonville Jaguars (10-4) (-1)

These don’t look like the ‘Same old Jags’. It took him...
