Today, it’s the latest from NFL owners meetings about the NFL rule changes from team president Art Rooney II.
The Steelers measure to introduce a phone or video call component to the free agent contact period passed, as did a number of other measures, including kickoff changes to move touchbacks to the 35-yard-line, and more.
Meanwhile, measures to strip home playoff games and to reduce the penalties for defensive holding and illegal contact were defeated, and a measure to ban the tush push was tabled.
