Chiefs headlines for Tuesday, April 1
Kansas City Chiefs AT Buffalo Bills
The Bills and Chiefs are embroiled in arguably the AFC’s top rivalry — though, with Kansas City having eliminated Buffalo from the postseason four times in the Patrick Mahomes-Josh Allen era, it has become a little one-sided, like Notre Dame vs. Navy. All right, that might be a bit harsh, because the Bills do always seem to get the better of the Chiefs in the regular season, including their past four such matchups. Then again, those wins come with much lower stakes than their playoff showdowns. You’d think all that context might take some juice out of this game, because the true test won’t come until the postseason — but Mahomes vs. Allen will always be must-see TV. And Buffalo will surely want to shed any lingering memories of these teams’ last encounter.
The National Football League announced today that the Kansas City Chiefs have been awarded marketing and commercialization rights for the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Spain as part of the NFL’s Global Markets Program. These three new markets add to the Chiefs existing rights in Mexico, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, bringing the team’s total to seven, among the highest in the NFL.
“We are incredibly excited to bring Chiefs football to fans in the UK, Ireland and Spain,” Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt said. “As the game grows globally, more and more fans from around the world are becoming a part of Chiefs Kingdom. Kansas City has certainly made a name for itself in the global sports landscape, and we are proud to showcase our town and our team on the international stage.”

Kansas City takes care of Patrick Mahomes here.
31. Kansas City Chiefs: DI Walter Nolen, Ole Miss
Nolen’s run-defense prowess and overall upside are too good for Kansas City to pass up here. He trailed only Michigan’s Mason Graham in PFF run-defense grade (91.6) in his lone season at Ole Miss. His pass-rush potential started to shine as he generated 35 pressures and six sacks. Kansas City still has...
